AbbVie Can't Trim Report In Testosterone Replacement MDL

An Illinois federal judge overseeing multidistrict litigation over heart health risks and injuries allegedly caused by testosterone replacement therapy drugs refused Tuesday to trim an expert report that supports claims against drugmaker AbbVie Inc.

Stryker Adds Patients To $1B Hip Implant Settlement

Stryker Corp. and its subsidiary Howmedica Osteonics Corp. said Monday that they’ve agreed to compensate additional plaintiffs in the multidistrict litigation that netted a $1 billion settlement two years ago for patients who received allegedly defective metal hip replacements.
